• Once a project plan, deliverable, or service output is shared, no refund will be
applicable.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days using the
original payment method.
• Refund eligibility may vary based on the type of service (software development,
digital marketing, maintenance, etc.).
• Subscription or monthly services are not eligible for refunds for partially used
service periods.
• Clients may request cancellation by contacting our support team at
admin@mulsanit.com.
• Cancellation before the start of the project or service cycle may qualify for full or
partial refunds depending on administrative or setup costs.
• If the service has already begun or work is in progress, cancellation may still be
accepted, but no refund will be issued.
• Recurring or subscription services must be canceled at least 7 days before
the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal.
• Mulsan Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any service
due to policy violations, inappropriate behavior, non-payment, or other valid
reasons. Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed.
